Green Tea Shake (Serves 2)
Ingredients:- 2 teaspoons of Swerve Sweetener or granulated Erythritol
- ½ cup of Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of hot water
- 1 teaspoon of match green tea powder
- ½ medium avocado
- ¼ cup of vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 ¼ cups of unsweetened almond milk
