Green Tea Shake (Serves 2)
Ingredients:
  • 2 teaspoons of Swerve Sweetener or granulated Erythritol 
  • ½ cup of Greek yogurt 
  • 1 tablespoon of hot water 
  • 1 teaspoon of match green tea powder 
  • ½ medium avocado 
  • ¼ cup of vanilla whey protein powder 
  • 1 ¼ cups of unsweetened almond milk
Instructions:
Place in a blender and blend until smooth. Net carbs per serving: 6.5g
